No electricity
Check the fuse box in the hallway cupboard and flip any switch that's down. If the whole building is dark, it's a street outage, so call us and we'll check.
Wi-Fi isn't working
The router is in the hallway. Unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and give it about 2 minutes to come back. Still nothing? Call us.
Something is leaking or flooding
The main water valve is under the kitchen sink. Turn it clockwise to close, then call us immediately.
Locked out
Call us at +40 256 123 456. We keep a spare key nearby and can be there in about 20 minutes.
Emergency
Call 112 for police, ambulance and fire, 24/7. Then call us.
First aid and fire
First-aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet, fire extinguisher by the entrance door. In a fire, use the stairs, not the lift.
