How to get in
Find the key lockbox next to the building's main entrance.
Enter code 4248 and open it. Inside are two keys:
- Small key: building entrance
- Large key: apartment door
Go up to the 2nd floor, door 7.
Close the lockbox and mix the numbers after taking the keys.

Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The guide opens in any modern web browser. Guests just tap the link or scan the QR code. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Can I use Henora alongside my Airbnb or Booking.com listing?
Yes, completely independent. Henora doesn't replace your listing channels. It sits next to them. You share the guide link in your booking message or place a QR card inside the property.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Manage subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your guide stays live until then. Your data is kept for 60 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
If you subscribe as a private individual, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing and we refund what you paid minus the days already used. After 14 days, and for business customers, payments are non-refundable, except billing errors such as a duplicate charge. Full policy at /refund.
Do my guests need to create an account?
Never. They open the link, see the guide, close it when done. No login, no email collection, no third-party tracking.
What languages are supported?
The app interface is in English and Romanian. On the Premium and Hotel plans, your guides auto-translate into six languages: English, Romanian, German, French, Italian and Spanish, so a German tourist sees your guide in German and a French one in French, with no extra work from you.
How long can each video be?
Up to 2 minutes each, and up to 5 videos per property or room. That's the sweet spot for a specific instruction: check-in, Wi-Fi setup, the coffee machine, the airfryer, checkout. Short videos hold guest attention and keep guides fast to load.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is hosted in the EU on Supabase and Vercel, encrypted in transit, isolated per account by row-level security. We're GDPR-compliant and offer self-service data export and account deletion from Settings.
Can I customize the look with my brand?
Yes. Upload a cover photo or pick a gradient, then choose a brand accent color that flows through the entire guest guide: icons, badges, active states. On Premium and Hotel you can also upload your own logo, which replaces the Henora logo at the top of the guide.
What if I only have one property?
Perfect. Starter plan, €9/month or €90/year (2 months free), gives you a full guide for one property with all the essentials: check-in info, Wi-Fi, recommendations, QR code, analytics.
How long does setup take?
About 10 to 15 minutes for the essentials. The structure is already built for you, so you just add your specifics like Wi-Fi, check-in and house rules, with starter templates to speed things up. Then enrich your guide with local recommendations whenever you like; it's shareable from the first save.
