This policy explains how SC BROKEN HEART WEAR S.R.L. (“Henora Guest”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and in digital guides, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended) and the GDPR.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. They allow a device to be recognized, preferences to be remembered, and usage to be understood. We also use similar technologies (local storage, identifiers).
2. What we currently use
Henora Guest currently uses only strictly necessary and a small number of functional items (see Section 3). No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under EU law.
We do not use analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. We do not use Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, we do not retarget visitors, and we do not sell data. Aggregated, cookieless page-view counts are collected via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not use device fingerprinting and does not identify individual visitors — so it does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. Fonts are self-hosted, with no requests to Google when the page loads. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, the consent banner is already in place to gate them before they load.
Stripe may set its own cookies when you are redirected to its hosted checkout or customer portal; these are set on Stripe’s domain (not ours) and governed by Stripe’s privacy notice.

4. Legal basis
- strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive;
- if we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will be loaded only after your explicit consent through a banner.
5. Browser settings
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing payment. Instructions are available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge (under “Privacy / Cookies”).
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version with its date is published on the site.
